Admissions Procedure

Parents are welcome to submit new student applications at any time. To apply, please submit a New Student Application Form to the school office as soon as possible, along with the required accompanying documentation as outlined below. No fees are due at the time of application. 


While we do not have an application deadline, new student applications are processed following registration of our currently enrolled students . Due to the large number of applications, the Admissions Committee will only contact families to schedule an interview when a place becomes available.


Class Visits

Each year we generally have a few spaces become available in the older grades. When a space does become available, we arrange an individual class visit and parent meeting at that time. The idea is for parents to learn more about our school's philosophy and program, and for us to meet you. 


New Student Application Checklist

 To apply for admission to our school for the 2018-2019 school year, a New Student Application Form must be completed, along with all required reports and documentation as listed below. We are unable to process incomplete applications. School fees are payable upon acceptance, not at the time of application.

  • New Student Application Form 
  • A copy of the student's most recent report card(s) for the current year
  • Copies of the student's reports for the year preceding the application year

If applicable, please also include:

  • A copy of the student's birth certificate or passport, and immigration documents
  • A copy of the parents' birth certificates or passports, and immigration documents
  • A copy of any court order appointing legal guardianship
